Cah'ya is incorporated since 2000 nestled in the elite hamlet of Mont'Kiara. Our masseurs are Bidayuhs from Sarawak, they are professionally trained with about 30yrs'. of experience. Our treatment and services are for EVERYONE men, women, elderly and even children.

As you stepped into our santuary, you could hear the sounds of water flowing from our fountain pond and inhale the aromatherapy scents of steaming essential oils being released into the air. Serene of the forest, contemparary teakwood interior furnishings and lush potted greens create a natural tropical similarity ambience which relaxes your tired mind and calms your soul.

You will be lead to the massage room. Our rooms are individual single rooms, spacious, air-conditioned and cozy but without bathroom attached facilities. We also have a twin room for couples or 2 persons (which you have to book in advance). First, you will be given a footbath. Your aching feet will be soaked and cleanse in warm scented water. Then the massuer will begin the massage from toe to head.

Our unique Bidayuh deep tissue massage is known to be a truly "Malaysian" massage and a remedial therapy that focuses on realigning deeper layers of muscles and connective tissue. The massuer will apply some virgin coconut oil and uses more detailed deep pressure point movements to ease tissue and muscle pain especially to contracted areas such as stiff necks, sore shoulders and low back tightness. It is a remedial touch that eases stress-related tension or just for relaxation and pleasure. Virgin coconut oil is good for moisturizing the skin and helps to bring back a youthful appearance. You can also use aromatherapy essential oils selected from our menu or choose to specially blend you own oils or even just use single note oils, whichever that suits you best.

At Cah'ya, we combine the traditional healing art of massage with the holistic treatment of Aromatherapy to achieve balance and harmony. As you lay facing upwards, the massuers will place a cool eye pillow over your eyes so that you eyes will also enjoy the sensation of little massages with aromatic scents of lavender and rosemary. After massaging the front of your body, the massuer will then use wheat berries, heat pillow to roll and press it gently on your neck and shoulder to give you a satisfy therapeutic finishing.

Whilst you enjoy the last moments of tranquility, you will be served with a cup of warm honey ginger tea to eliminate wind and rejuvenated your senses.

Shiatsu Massage
A Japanese healing art using "finger pressure/thumb pressure" and palm pressure to ease tension muscles. This therapy does not use oil, it is called the "dry massage". It helps to improve blood circulation so you can relax and cope with stress, nausea, depression and anxiety.

Head Acupressure Massage
Our head acupressure are purely using fingers and hands with gentle pressure massage. It is a good relief for headaches, migraine, eyestrain and fatigue. Improve your memory, concentration and hair growth. Cure your insomnia.
